I am a plank owner and I finally found it today. I reported aboard in 1954 to do the machinery history from the phila. navy yard. Think it was in Oct. I was a Fireman and made 3rd class
Engineman in November. I was on the # 1 motorlaunch most of the time. Being stationed in Phila. was like home to me as I lived Pitman N.J. about 15 miles away. Think I was the only fireman on the 3 inch 50 dual mount.
