My name is Will Arnold, I was a SM3 from NM. I served aboard from 70-71. 
Thanks for doing all this work for us old oiler sailors.  Ellendel ISL is the name of our company. ISL is "individualized Supported Living" home. We support people with developmental disabilities and mental retardation. QMRP is my current title.Qualified Mental Retardation Specialist, I was an SM3 while aboard Missy. I came aboard the Missy right out of SM school at Newport. I stayed on board for about a year. I had been on an ATF prior to SM school as a deck ape, the opportunity arrived to go back to the sister ATF and I jumped at it. Basically think of my self as an ex-tug sailor.
